Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Spincart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Apparel and accessories must be returned in the condition they were received.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return through January 31st.

We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if eligible).
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive confirmation via email. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If exchanging for a different item:
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.
- If the new item costs more, you will be prompted to complete the payment securely.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Apparel or accessories that are worn, washed, or without original tags
- Any non-Spincart products mistakenly returned
Additional Return Terms
- Return requests must be approved before mailing. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return shipping is free for first-time returns or exchanges initiated correctly through our return system.
- Express shipping charges (1-day and 2-day) are non-refundable, unless the shipment is delayed by the carrier.
