1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can click the tracking link in the email to view the delivery status of your package.
If you created an account with us, you can also log in at any time to view your order history and tracking details under “My Orders.”
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times within the United States typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected shipping carrier delays.
3. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information first. Sometimes carriers experience delays due to weather or high volume.
If your tracking number shows no movement for several days or marks the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (979) 412-3571, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes or stop shipment.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in unused, undamaged, and original condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that certain items, including final sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
6. What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the issue to expedite the process. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Spincart only ships within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping and hope to expand our delivery regions in the future. Stay connected with us via email or our website for updates.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and select mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through trusted gateways.
9. Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Spincart uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processors to protect your information. Your personal and financial data is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties without your permission.
10. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
